    North-East India Food Festival to be held in Singapore from November 23 to November 26, 2017

    New Delhi, India, November 22, 2017- In an effort to take North-East Indian cuisine to global audience, Dzukou Tribal Kitchen and Yantra By Hemant Oberoi are collaboratively organizing North-East India Food festival in Singapore. The first of its kind food festival will be held from November 23 to November 26, 2017 at Yantra, Tanglin Mall, Singapore. The four day long food festival will introduce exotic cuisines from Seven North-East Indian States to the people of Singapore.


    The menu for this unique food festival has been crafted by including popular dishes from all the states of North-East India region. Few dishes included in the menu are Wahan Mosdeng, Singju, Aneshi Samtu, Aneshi- Akini Khulo, Awushi Kipiki- Axone Khulo, Masor Tenga, Hanhor Mangxo, Achuwo Khulo, Eromba, Petu ekung, Ahengu ngo Nappa khulo, Yeghe kiba, Achuwo Chutney, Awushi Loshi Chutney, Ahengu lothi, Axoni, Raja mirchi chutney, Kum-nupna, Anah, and Chak-hao. 

    Speaking about the festival, Karen Yepthomi, Head Chef & Owner, Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, says, “We are feeling extremely delighted to organize North-East India Food Festival in Singapore collaboratively with Yantra By Hemant Oberoi. This is an effort from Dzukou Tribal Kitchen to introduce exotic North-Eastern cuisines to rest of the world. We are looking forward for the festival and hope that Singaporeans will enjoy North-Eastern food.”
